Uncover the powers of Organic Matter, the living matter that surrounds the world of Azoria, to expand your knowledge and abilities, and to re-learn ancient techniques of the past.

Ingredients[]

There are three primary categories of ingredients in Azoria:

  • Organic Matter (OM), any living materials such as from plants or animals
  • Minerals
  • Metals

Explore, trade, complete Quests and fight to collect more than 30 different ingredients, each with a variety of properties.

Organic Matter[]

Any organic material that comes from living matter, found in the game on plants and creatures, is considered OM.

Organic Matter (OM) are the essential components of living matter which are needed for Crafting. OM comes directly from the essence of Weka energy throughout Azoria.

OM allows players to create extracts, infuse and recharge crystals, mix elixirs, craft and upgrade items.

Organic Matter is the most essential item players will collect within Azoria to craft a variety of items from elixir to element that is infused into crystals.

The higher the rarity of an OM, the higher the amount for each property. Some examples of properties are Life Force, Clearing, Poison, Manifestation.

Reconnect with ancient knowledge to rediscover the unbelievable uses of OM found throughout Azoria

Some examples of OM are Aloe Vera Flowers (20 Life Force, 10 Power, Common), Jelly Pads Flowers (80 Life Force, 50 Manifestation, Legendary), Yellow Glowing Mushrooms (50 Lifesteal, Light, Rare ), Lizard Dog Scales (Toxicity, Speed, Rare), Driftwood Logs (50 Resistance, Terra, Rare), Violet Arrow Bush (20 Agility, Knowledge, Common).

Minerals[]

Minerals are mainly used for the creation of Elixirs and each one only has one fixed property.

They are found in 3 different variants based on their purity: impure, refined and exquisite.

Crystals[]

Crystals can be used to harness the power of Weka to cast spells.

Each one of the 17 Crystals can be attached to any part of the Modular  Weapon or to the Glove (which has 2 slots). Based on where the Crystal is attached, the Player obtains a different Spell, for a total of more than 80 Spells.

Crystals are usually found in the game in an Empty form, holding no powers. For an Empty Crystal to become usable, it needs to be Infused which will convert it into one of the 17 Crystals based on the OM formula used. An infusion table and a formula wheel are needed for Infusion.

Crystals are unique items that can be charged with one of 17 unique elements in Azoria

Crystals can have a different rarity, just like any other equipment: Common, Rare, Epic and Legendary.

Rarities increase the amount of Maximum Charges they can hold. The more charges a Crystal can hold, the more Spells it can cast in combat before it gets depleted. A Player can always use OM and Weka to Recharge a Crystal, from the Character Menu.

Different Crystals can also have different Tiers, that increase the amount of scaling for Spells.

Crafting Mechanics[]

In Azoria there are 4 main Crafting Mechanics: extraction, recharge, infusion and mixing. All of them can be performed at a Resonance Table, the main tool for every OM Master. The Resonance Table is powered by Weka, so Players will not need to use their own reserve of Weka when crafting at a Table. Extraction and Recharge can also be done on the go without a Resonance Table, but using the player's own Weka. Infusion and Mixing can only be performed at a Resonance Table.

Extraction[]

Players are able to extract lesser quantities of Organic Matter to recharge crystals.

To Recharge a Crystal and bring it back to new life, the creation of Extracts has to take place first. Every OM can be turned into an Extract, based on their Properties.

An OM with Life Force can be used to create a Life Force Extract, which then can be used to charge a Life Force Crystal. OM with higher properties or rarity will result in higher amounts of Extracts produced, resulting in higher amount of charge created.

Recharge[]

Recharging a Crystal is a very straightforward process that takes place in the Inventory or on a Resonance Table. Players only need to select a Crystal and the amount of Extract units to use.

Charging a Crystal doesn’t require the full amount of charge; it can be charged by any percentage based on the number of Extract units used.

Infusion[]

Infusion is a process that has to take place at the Resonance Table. Working with the Resonance Table requires no Weka, as the Table is already powered by it.

Infused Crystals' recipes are based on OM Properties. Each recipe requires two ingredients: a Core and a Catalyst.

  • The Core is the main ingredient that gives Crystals their own unique powers: OM with Life Force makes the Crystal heal, OM with Resonance can create Crystals based on Weka etc.
  • The Catalyst is the secondary effect that activates the reaction inside the Crystal.

Both Core and Catalyst need to be used in equal amounts, making sure it matches the Crystal maximum charges. To infuse an Empty Crystal that can hold 250 charges into a Life Force Crystal, players will need to use enough OM to add 250 Core and 250 Catalyst in the Resonance Table.

Players can use up to 3 slots to add OM as Core ingredients, and 2 as Catalysts. They can freely put any OM they want, with any amount, as long as that OM has the correct Properties.

To turn an Empty Crystal with 100 Maximum Charges into a Life Force Crystal, the Player needs OM with 100 Life Force (Core) and OM with 100 Lifesteal and/or Resistance (Catalyst).

Here are some examples of the ingredients that can be used to infuse a Life Force Crystal with 100 Maximum Charge: Jelly Pad Flowers (80 Life Force, 50 Manifestation), Red Fern Powder (20 Life Force, Fire), Driftwood Logs (50 Resistance, Terra), Purple Berries (30 Resonance, 10 Life Force), Big Beast Fangs (Fear, 30 Lifesteal), Yellow Glowing Mushrooms (50 Lifesteal, Light).

Example combinations to infuse a Life Force Crystal with 100 Maximum Charges:

  • Core Ingredients, Example 1: 1 Jelly Pad Flower (80 Life Force) + 1 Red Fern Powder (20 Life Force); Catalyst Ingredients: 2 Big Beast Fangs (30x2 Lifesteal) + 1 Driftwood Log (50 Resistance). This is NOT a convenient way to Infuse this Crystal, since we are using 100 Life Force and 110 Lifesteal/Resistance, losing the excess 10.
  • Core Ingredients, Example 2: 4 Red Fern Powder (4x20 Life Force) + 2 Purple Berries (2x10 Life Force); Catalyst Ingredients: 1 Yellow Glowing Mushroom (50 Lifesteal) + 1 Driftwood Log (50 Resistance).

Elixir Mixing[]

Essence is found in a flask and can be consumed. Each has a temporary effect on the player

Recipes are required to allow players to reconnect with ancient wisdom and create powerful elixirs that can heal or grant extra capabilities. Elixirs are also available for purchase at the marketplaces around Azoria from OM Masters and OM Collectors.

To Mix an Elixir, players need Minerals, Extracts and Purified Water.

Each Elixir can be found in 9 different variants based on mineral purity and size. Elixirs have two major properties being Purity and Size. Each variant is based on the combinations of the 3 purities and 3 sizes.

Elixir Mixing
Elixir Size Special Effect
Small Medium Large
Elixir Purity Weak 30 HP over 5s 60 HP over 5s 150 HP over 5s None
Fine 33 HP over 3s 66 HP over 3s 165 HP over 3s Increase Armor by 3% for 5s
Greater 38 HP instantly 75 HP instantly 188 HP instantly Increase Armor by 6% for 10s

The purity of an elixir defines how strong it is and what bonus effects it has: a Small Weak Life Force elixir restores 30HP over 5 seconds, a Small Fine Life Force elixir restores 33HP (Base Effect + 10%) over 3 seconds and increases Defence by 3% for 5 seconds (Bonus Effect).

The size of an elixir defines the base effect. A Small Weak Life Force Elixir restores 30HP, while a Medium one restores 60 and a large one 150.

Elixirs effects and duration can be increased by obtaining certain Talents in the Skill Trees.
